PRIORITIZING INTERNATIONAL LITERACY
Our children will live in a world fundamentally different from the one we've known. International literacy must become a priority if we are to raise a next generation of North Carolinians able to communicate, cooperate and compete on the world stage. Nothing less than our economic success, national security and global health and safety are at stake.
