Policymakers at the county level understand the economic impact of welcoming global engagement. I just presented our North Carolina Global Heat Map to the Board of Directors of the NC Association of County Commissioners.
In attendance were three dozen county government leaders from all across our State, and they expressed interest in and support of the Center’s effort to visually demonstrate the level of North Carolina’s global engagement.
